We all ate so much food last night. And still at almost 1PM the next day no one is hungry.

We are at the airport picking up Sam & Jared in Portland.

What I want to know is why no one has taken me ‘Deer Hunting for Locavores’ while on my many trips to Charlottesville.
Mara has become obsessed with trying to find a chair for her apartment. She really needs some more seating options but chair hunting is not easy as we have learned over the past year and a half. Anyone have any insider scoop on the chair front?
Are we there yet?
and we’re heading northwards. The car is very packed and there is hardly enough room for us.
We are waiting for Maria to meet us so we can head to Ikea. It is nice to go to Ikea with someone a little Swedish. Today she got cracking on one of her eureka moments with a paper puncher she acquired a year ago when we were in...
Mara’s book club meets tonight and Mara has not finished the book. Yup. I am outing her right here! While I was scanning the drawings she got caught up in coloring them in and then when she finished coloring she had a collage project that had been ‘burning a hole in her pocket’ for the past 2 weeks that we needed to tackle ASAP. Maybe if she decides to spend the next 3 hours...
Many of you might have thought we were just running around California and Virginia last week but Mara was also busy making some drawings. This morning it is my job to get all of them scanned into the computer.
