16 and a half tasks crossed of this week’s list of 26 tasks. Not bad considering 4 of the remaining 25 and a half tasks are ongoing tasks that are on the list as reminders for the coming weeks.

Other than that it has been a busy and exciting morning over here at headquarters. More news to come!
What is funny is that Mara spent over a half an hour on the phone with JetBlue just now so they could explain to her how the new points system works. Mara mostly spent this time telling them how the new points system doesn’t work. And my report a half hour later is that Mara seems to understand even less than she thought she understood.
We are now on our way to Manhattan to find a plate to place over the doily and under the key paintings…I did not see this coming when we started this key project.
Mara’s jetting is not helping us get things done in a timely manner. Mara is in NY for the next 9 days. We will be in overdrive mode till then. I’ll keep you updated once Mara figures out what task we should do first. I think she is a bit overwhelmed by tasks.
and I’m off till Thursday! Woo Hu! Mara spontaneously took advantage of JetBlue’s big $10 fare sale yesterday for flights today and tomorrow and is jotting down to Richmond for a 24 hour rendezvous.

Please note that tomorrow weather.com says in Richmond it will be 89° and in Brooklyn only 59°. Maybe Richmond really is the tropics….

Mara is not so happy with me, I failed to realize her camera battery was low until we got to Portland.
As beautiful of a day yesterday was, today seems to be the opposite. We have another full day in Portland ahead of us. It will be interesting to see what the work looks like without yesterday’s gorgeous sunlight.

And we won’t be getting those clothepins anytime soon. We now have to take a bit of an adventure to the Portland Home Depot. Please note Mara is fuming.
Home Depot clothespins update: there are 4 people in the store trying to locate the 12 packs of clothespins that they believe arrived yesterday.
If there is someone else in the Brunswick/Topsham area who also needs massive amounts of clothespins and has taken what we rightfully ordered, well I am pretty sure Mara hates you.
But hopefully these clothespins have just been misplaced and get...
